Real estate group Savills has appointed one of Bath’s most experienced residential property agents as a consultant in its office in the city.
Christine Penny, pictured, has worked in Bath since 1999, when she moved to the city to open Hamptons’ residential sales office.
After just over 11 years with Hamptons she became a director in Sotheby’s International’s Bath office.
Prior to arriving in Bath, Christine worked as a buying agent in London and France.
Now specialising in buying and selling prime property in Bath centre and its surrounding villages, she has built up a reputation described by Savills as “second to none”.
Christine said: “I have known several members of the Savills Bath team for many years and am delighted to get to work with them as colleagues.
