Bath law firm Withy King has further boosted its growing private client practice with the arrival of Edward Vidnes as a senior associate.
Edward, pictured, joins from rival Bath firm Burningham & Brown, where he worked for more than10 years. He has a special interest in elderly people and incapacity issues as well as wills, estate planning and lasting powers of attorney.
Edward said: “One of the things I enjoy most about working in law is being able to help people through what are often difficult periods in their lives.
“I enjoy getting to know my clients, demystifying the law and its processes, and providing practical, helpful advice and support when they need it most.”
Edward’s appointment follows the arrival of private client partner Becky Ricards Small, who recently joined from Thrings, which also has an office in Bath.
Working as part of a large team led by partner James McNeile in Withy Kings’ Queen Square office, Edward is involved in all aspects of will drafting, estate planning and administration, including lifetime gifts and inheritance issues, probate applications, powers of attorney, Court of Protection work and deputy applications and management.
