Bath-headquartered change management consultancy Nine Feet Tall has joined an international consulting group specialising in innovation and transformation by technology.
Talan has been advising and partnering with some of the world’s leading companies, administrations and tech partners for more than 20 years.
By joining the Paris-headquartered organisation, Nine Feet Tall will complement the capabilities Talan already offers its UK clients.
Nine Feet Tall, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, specialises in delivering complex change, combining the power of people and technology with a strong track record in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and digital programme delivery.
The firm will remain as an independent entity under the Talan UK umbrella, with no changes to its team, structure or offices.
Nine Feet Tall founder and CEO Esther McMorris will take on an additional role on the Talan UK committee board.
Esther, pictured, said she was thrilled Nine Feet Tall would be joining the Talan family.

Present across five continents, 18 countries and more than 5,000 employees, Talan puts innovation at the core of its development.
It helps introduce technological changes in large groups in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Intelligence, Web3, Blockchain or IoT.
In the UK it has nearly 500 professionals working across multiple sectors but specifically in energy, financial services and retail, with clients including major UK private sector businesses as well as the government.
