Bath-headquartered law firm Stone King has appointed experienced education property specialist Chris Emm to strengthen its commercial property team.
Chris, pictured, joins as a partner from Browne Jacobson, the six-office national firm, which he joined as a trainee and worked for 18 years.
Over that time he developed wide knowledge and expertise, working with education sector clients, as well as on general real estate matters, including landlord and tenant issues.
At Stone King he will focus on education sector property matters, including academy conversions, transfers and re-brokerages, developments and general estate management.
Caroline Taylor, who heads Stone King’s commercial property team, said: “Chris brings with him a great wealth of experience and practical know-how that will really strengthen our offering, particularly for education property matters. He is a valued asset to the team.”
Stone King, which employs more than 230 people across its offices in Bath, Bristol, Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds and London, is a national leader in the charity, faith and education sectors.
