At small independent businesses like Taste of Bath, we really care about making sure every single product we sell meets our incredibly high standards, because we know that quality reflects on us and on our clients. Because of this, we always sell out at Christmas – our online shop closes on the 8 December – but we strongly advise getting your order in before then.
Better customer service – our small team is genuinely dedicated to the products we sell and the customers we serve. We’ll work with you to make sure you have exactly what you need, and if you have a query, you can speak to us directly and we’ll sort it. We also offer a 24-hour delivery service that’s fully tracked from warehouse to doorstep by our team to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Bespoke gifts – for something unique, meaningful, and memorable, big businesses can’t hold a candle to independent ones. We’re so much more than just an online shop – we can tailor your gifts to your exact needs with our award-winning bespoke service. Benefit local charities – since September last year, we’ve donated almost £6,000 to our charity partner Bath Foodbank. We donate £1 from every single hamper we sell, so your order makes a huge difference to local people in need! Every hamper includes a postcard explaining how your gift has supported the work of this vital local charity.
