Dan Harris, a solicitor in Bath law firm Stone King’s trusts and estates team, has received a distinction in a prestigious international legal qualification.
Dan is one of just 23 lawyers worldwide to have been awarded the Advanced Certificate in International Succession and Probate by the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). Still fewer have been awarded a distinction and Dan received the second highest score of all the entrants.
STEP is the leading worldwide professional body for practitioners in the fields of trusts, estates and related issues. The qualification demonstrates Dan's expertise in this specialist area of international law and his ability to deal with complex issues of estate administration across multiple jurisdictions.
