Chase de Vere, the Bath-based independent financial advice business, has been named as one of 100 best companies to work for in the prestigious Sunday Times list.
The firm is ranked in 95th place in the table, which showcases companies that demonstrate the highest levels of engagement within their organisation.
Firms are judged on a number of criteria include employees’ views on the company’s leadership, their manager and team, their personal growth opportunities, giving back to society and the local community and pay and benefits, with an overall focus on those companies which invest in the wellbeing and motivation of their employees.
The list appears in the Sunday Times this Sunday.

Chief executive Stephen Kavanagh, pictured, said: “Chase de Vere is a service-orientated company and our employees are key to delivering the very best levels of service to our clients.
“It is therefore essential that we put a huge focus on employee engagement if we want to achieve our aim of being the leading firm of independent financial advisers in the UK.
“We are continually looking to grow our business, including recruiting more independent financial advisers, and so hopefully more great people will see our Best Companies’ accolade and want to join us in 2015 and beyond.”
