Bath-based Target Chartered Accountants' corporate finance arm has played a key role in the acquisition of marketing, media and communications recruitment specialist Xchangeteam by the Pertemps Network.
Xchangeteam chief executive Emma Brierley, who founded the firm in 1999, said: “We are delighted to have become part of the successful Pertemps Network Group while still retaining our operational independence and brand," adding that the contribution of Target “was key in helping Xchangeteam secure this deal”.
Xchangeteam, which operates from offices in Bristol and London, "will continue to offer our clients and candidates our well recognised quality service but use Pertemps Network’s resources to enable us to adapt to a changing market and offer some new services for our clients, freelancers and job seekers alike," she said.
Target Corporate Finance is an award-winning boutique advisory firm with a strong track record of advising vendors and purchasers on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs.
