Each week Bath Business News gives a prominent member of the city’s business community the last word on our weekly e-bulletin.

This week Steven Treharne, managing partner of law firm Mogers Drewett , answers our 10 questions.

What was the LAST:

Film you watched? Chef. Very funny and touching at the same time.

Book you read? Nicole Cooke’s The Breakaway. It is about Cooke’s competitive road cycling career and it is fascinated to ready about her trials and tribulations and ultimately how  women’s cycling has developed over the years. She is one determined and driven lady!

Music you bought or downloaded? Counting Crows – Somewhere Under Wonderland.  The song Palisades Park is a triumph.

Concert or play you went to? Stand Up For Slapstick comedy festival in Bristol featuring Al Murray, Harry Hill, Sarah Millican and Omid Djalili. Never ever sit in the front two rows when Al Murray is on stage!

Sporting event you attended? The FA Cup Final. It was my first time at a cup final and at the new Wembley. The atmosphere was amazing, especially being an Arsenal fan.

Holiday you went on? We rented a cottage in Snowdonia. It was amazing walking up Snowdon with my two children, especially with the last third being very wet and windy.

Restaurant you ate in? Garrick’s Head in Bath.

Thing that annoyed you? I was brought up to have good manners so could give lots of examples of people who don’t!

Thing that made you laugh out loud? Al Murray’s comments to a member of the audience about wearing sunglasses over your eyes when you are outside in the sun!

Piece of good advice you were given? Always try to do the right thing for the right reasons at the right time.

Steven Treharne is the managing partner of law firm Mogers Drewett. He began his career in Bath with the firm Mogers and Sparrow. He lives in Bath with his wife and two children. He is a keen cyclist and Bath and Welsh Rugby fan.
