A relationship executive with more than 40 years’ experience in the financial services sector has joined the invoice finance team at Time Finance, the Bath-headquartered alternative lender.
Karen Blanchard, pictured, will be responsible for nurturing relationships with a broad portfolio of clients at the firm, which supports more than 11,000 firms with a diverse range of financial packages including asset, loan and invoice and vehicle finance.
She will also oversee their invoice finance facilities and identify opportunities to support their growth plans with enhanced facilities.
During her time as an accounts assistant for Tower Cold Chain, which supplies specialist containers to the global pharmaceutical market, and trave products firm Purple Turtle, Karen developed a skill set and expertise in account reconciliation, relationship building and credit management.
She said it was a great privilege to be joining Time Finance.
“The team has an excellent reputation in the industry and are widely respected for their relationships with both broker and client.
“I look forward to taking on this new challenge, and being part of a dynamic and customer-focused business is all the better,” she added.
Karen is the latest in a wave of recent appointments at Time Finance and follows the arrival of Luke Froude as a relationship manager and Wayne Spratt as a business development manager as it further invests in its invoice finance offering, team and client services.

As well as invoice finance, Time Finance’s portfolio includes asset finance, business finance, business loans and asset-based lending.
