Access-to-Time, the Midsomer Norton-based company that helped revolutionise the way that businesses monitor and pay their staff, has rebranded as part of an expansion programme.
The firm, whose sales have doubled in the past, has relaunched itself under the name Chronologic following a move into a range of new product and service areas.
Established in 1999, it traditionally specialised in time and attendance (T&A) systems, helping businesses to monitor the clocking in and out and movements of their staff but is now using the latest technologies to help clients manage and streamline their HR operations, compliance requirements and site security.
In 2011 it introduced a revolutionary cloud-based T&A system incorporating GPS which enabled businesses with staff working remotely to monitor precisely where their staff were at any one time which drove the business forward.
Chronologic works with clients employing between two to 2,000 staff. It recently introduced a project for North Somerset-based cidermaker Thatchers covering not only clocking and monitoring systems but access control, visitor management and CCTV equipment, pictured above.
Chronologic director Alastair Slade, pictured left, said: “We’ve benefited by being able to go back into our existing client base and offer them new services.
“But equally, we are able to go into new clients and say ‘tell us your business challenges and we’ll provide the right solution to streamline your operations’.”
