Partners&, the recently launched chartered insurance broker with an office on the outskirts of Bath, has appointed two new client partners as it continues to build its team.
Based at Dyrham, Partners&, which counts Chris Jelf, the founder of the Jelf insurance group among its directors, describes itself as a new style of insurance advisory business. It was formed earlier this year as a high-growth business, having previously traded as MRIB.
It aims to build on the best traditions of broking, combining leading technical advice with modern thinking and intelligent use of technology, to deliver an exceptional experience for business and private clients – focusing on excellent advice and a truly personal service.
Its new joiners Lindsay Crew and Jamie Brock will report to Lee Davey, Partners&’s South West managing partner.
Lindsay, pictured, previously worked as an account director in Bristol for 14 years at Jelf and Marsh Commercial, which acquired Jelf in 2015.
She has a wealth of experience, particularly in construction and manufacturing, the leisure sector and service industries.
A former account executive at Thornbury-based Medical Professional Risk Solutions (MPRS), Jamie, pictured, will focus on providing risk management advice to the medical sector, including doctor’s surgeries and dental practices.

“Lindsay has an in-depth knowledge of the Bristol and South West business sectors and will be using that knowledge to build a first-class team of insurance professionals, who will be offering high-quality, seamless insurance, risk management and employee benefits advice to our clients, supported by a culture of partnership between our team, our clients and their ecosystem.
“Jamie’s focus will be on the medical sector and helping them think about their wider business. He’ll be building his practice across the UK.”
