Bath law firm Mowbray Woodwards has strengthened its private client and family team with two key appointments.
Jane Bamford-Graham joins the family team as an associate solicitor from Reeds Solicitors while Eirian Whitehead has become a member of its growing private client team as a solicitor.
Jane, pictured right, is member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, Jane advises and represents the interests of children through instructions from CAFCASS (Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service) and the Children’s Guardian, in complex care proceedings.
She is highly experienced having been qualified for some 13 years and has an excellent reputation amongst local professionals and with her clients.
Jane said: “I am delighted to join Mowbray Woodwards and look forward to working alongside such a highly regarded family team.”
Eirian, pictured right, graduated in 2014, completing a training contract in-house at a national charity Cats Protection before qualifying in January 2018. She will specialise in wills, Powers of Attorney and estate administration. Eirian is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
She said: “The competition for roles for newly qualified solicitors is fierce, so I am delighted to be joining Mowbray Woodwards which has a thriving private client department.”
