Bath-based communications tech firm Gradwell has achieved second place in a national award scheme championing companies that are innovating in their use of the cloud.
Gradwell, which employs more than 70 staff, was runner up from a wide field in the Best Newcomer category in the 2016 UK Cloud Awards.
The awards, now in their third year, and celebrate innovation, entrepreneurialism and technical excellence in the UK cloud market.
Founded in 1998, Gradwell provides communications technology for small businesses. Its voice over IP (VoIP) internet-based telephony, superfast broadband and cloud communications are used by more than 22,000 small businesses and partners across the UK.
Gradwell chief product and marketing officer Julien St. John-Dennis said: “It is great to be short listed in such a competitive and dynamic UK cloud marketplace and is an endorsement of our customer focus.”
