Leadership development business Resilient Leaders Elements (RLE) is to expand its operations outside of the UK for the first time after launching a strategic partnership agreement with an Australian organisation.

The link-up with SOAR Leadership International Accreditation Programme means RLE has now extended its accreditation programme offering to Australia.

Based at the Glove Factory Studios in Holt, near Bradford on Avon, Resilient Leaders Elements (RLE) has a vision to make world-class leadership development available to all.

Founded in 2000, it was initially grounded in lived experience that looked to understand what it takes to recover from crisis, serious incidents and periods of organisational endurance and return to equilibrium.

Since then, its fast-growing community has been using the proprietary Resilient Leaders Development Programme (RLDP) to help leaders across numerous sectors and disciplines to prepare for, cope with and recover from whatever comes their way.

The RLDP is the cornerstone of the business, helping tens of thousands of professionals across the UK to assess, measure and develop their resilient leadership, becoming more confident in uncertainty.

The RLE accreditation programme qualifies professionals from all sectors to use the RLDP in their practice.

Under RLE’s collaboration with SOAR, which is run by founders, leadership specialist and bestselling author Heather De Blasio and clinical psychologist Tony De Blasio, leaders will receive invaluable guidance into how to become more resilient and impactful in their approach, supported by highly individualised and contextualised programs that provide quantifiable evidence of impact.

Heather De Blasio said: “The RLDP s like nothing else out there in the market today. It uniquely integrates psychological resilience with leadership excellence, while being fully accessible to anyone.

“It offers a comprehensive and measurable pathway to transformational growth and helps to create sustainable positive impact for leaders from all walks of life and experience who want to elevate their confidence, resilience and influence.”

Tony De Blasio added: “The programme that we are now offering to business leaders in Australia in collaboration with Resilient Leaders Elements doesn't just change careers; it will also transform lives.

“Leaders who have passed through RLE’s Accreditation Programme have reported increased confidence, enhanced resilience and measurable improvements in their leadership effectiveness and impact.

“Our evidence-based approaches ensure that these changes are not only noticeable but also quantifiable.”

RLE CEO and co-founder Rachel McGill said in an uncertain and ever-changing world, resilient leadership runs much deeper than just understanding a static framework from which to issue orders and direct activity.

“It requires a change in mindset so that everyone sees themselves as a leader irrespective of their experience or hierarchical position,” she added.

“When this happens, the right person steps up to lead or steps back to support depending on needs of the changing situation.

“Developing this ‘confidence in uncertainty’ takes time, needs a balanced focus on who you are as well as what you do and requires the clarity and measurable impact that the RLE and RLDP brings.

“Resilient Leaders Elements and SOAR Leadership International will be working in partnership together to extend our Resilient Leadership programmes to an even wider audience of leaders to help facilitate greater clarity of direction, awareness, leadership presence and resilient decision making.”
