Two high-quality warehouse units on one of Bath’s key industrial estates have come onto the market.
Units 2 and 3 on The Maltings Industrial Estate in Brassmill Lane offer almost 15,000 sq ft of prime commercial space between them.
They are being marketed by the Bath office of property agents Carter Jonas following a reorganisation by bathroom furniture supplier Roper Rhodes of its warehouse arrangements.
The units, which front onto Brassmill Lane, are connected by an opening in the block partition wall. However, this could easily be reinstated to make them suitable for separate occupiers.
Both units have up-and-over loading doors and 12 parking spaces.
Head of Carter Jonas’ South West industrial team Alison Williams said: “It is unusual for such high-quality units to come to the market in Bath so we are expecting demand to be very good.”
The Maltings is home to occupiers such as Toolstation, City Plumbing and Horstman Defence Systems.
