Law firm Withy King has renewed its commitment to Bath city centre by signing a new lease on its office in Northumberland Buildings.
The office is home to the firm’s private client practice, including wills, tax planning, estate management, residential property and family services.
Lease negotiations were led by Philip Marshall, commercial partner and head of Carter Jonas’ Bath office. He said he was delighted that such a long-established and high-profile business will remain in the city centre.
“Withy King has been associated with Northumberland Buildings for many decades and we have been pleased to agree terms for their continued occupation,” he said.
Withy King, founded 140 years ago, also has an office at Green Park, Bath, as well as in Swindon, Marlborough, Oxford and London.
The Green Park office, which houses its commercial, clinical negligence and personal injury departments, is to relocate to Midland Bridge House.
